The founder, Thabang Lesaoana, provided an initial investment towards start-up costs. Of this, more than half was utilized for start-up expenses while the balance is placed in the company accounts as working capital. After our products being used at the working site, we will follow up the using condition regularly, visit the customers if possible, to understand the status of the casting parts running at present stage, such as production capacity, lifetime and problems etc. We will help customer to solve the problems if there is, and offer more technical support. The after - sales department will collect these information and feedback to our R&D department. We believe that the best products should come from the testing of market.

According to customers’ need, after the arrival of the goods at the site, our technical personnel will be dispatched to the site to do technical guidance, training, supervision of installation and commissioning etc.
2. After receiving feedback of quality problems, we will respond in two hours and be responsible for handling matters related to product quality.
3. We provide the customer hotline of after - sales, responsibly by 12 hours and key personnel 24 hours by mobile phone service.
